"I wanted to let you know that the class I took this evening through Baby Lock's new Sew At Home program was EXCELLENT! Originally I had some confusion as my computer had locked out the confirmation email that provided access information, but when I sent in a request for help, the instructor contacted me almost immediately by phone and was more than gracious in helping me to get things set up for the class. The class itself was very helpful. Laura gave clear instructions and provided opportunities for the students to ask questions. She was very helpful and I thought, extremely generous with her patience. I now have the information I need to really use this program to its fullest. Than you so very much for the encouragement to take the class. I look forward to the next one.
